Where orders can be delivered
Orders can be delivered to the United States, Canada and countries in the European Union.
Processing & transit
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends. After dispatch, estimated transit is 15-30 calendar days. Transit times are estimates and are separate from processing time.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free only when an order contains at least 2 items AND the merchandise subtotal is $50.99 or more. Single-item orders and orders that do not meet both conditions have a $6.99 shipping charge. Two items do not automatically qualify for free shipping.
Taxes & duties
Product prices include applicable taxes and duties. No additional tax or duty payment is required from the customer under this policy.
Dispatch & tracking
Orders ship from 92 Virginia Ave, Rochester, NY 14619, United States. Multiple third-party logistics providers handle delivery. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.
Changing a delivery address
Email [email protected] while the order is being processed to request an address change. Address changes are not accepted after dispatch. Please check your address before ordering; BOLEQWWAA is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Delayed, missing or damaged delivery
Email [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. If an item arrives damaged, include clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
