90 days from delivery
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 calendar days after you receive the goods. New and lightly used items, defective items and items with product quality issues are eligible. Returns based on customer preference are also accepted.
Start with an email
Contact [email protected] with the order number, the item and the reason for returning it. For a defect or quality concern, include photographs that show the problem. The return mailing address is provided by customer service. Do not assume it is the dispatch or business address.
Return postage
You pay return postage for a customer-preference return. BOLEQWWAA pays return postage when the return is due to a product problem.
Refunds
After the returned item is received, a refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. The time a bank or card provider takes to display the refund can vary.
Exchanges
Email customer service, receive the return mailing address and send the item back. A replacement is arranged after the return is received.
Order changes & cancellation requests
If you need to change or cancel an order, email customer service promptly with the order number. A request sent before dispatch can be reviewed; sending a request is not a confirmation that an order has been cancelled. For goods already delivered, use the return process above.
