Information is received from you when you shop, create an account or contact customer service, and from service providers as necessary to fulfil an order or handle a payment or delivery issue.
Why information is used
Information is used to manage orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and refunds, provide account functions, answer customer service requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. WooCommerce is used for order management. Customer service is provided by employees of BOLEQWWAA.
Service providers
Order and contact information may be shared as necessary with payment-processing services and multiple third-party logistics providers to process a payment, deliver an order or resolve an issue. The accepted card brands are Visa, Mastercard and JCB; a card brand does not identify the company operating a payment gateway.
Browsing analytics & cookies
Cloudflare browsing analytics is used to understand page usage and performance. Order and account functions are separate from browsing analytics. Store cookies can support carts, sessions and account functions. Read the Cookie policy for more information.
How long order & support records are kept
The default practice is to retain order and customer service records during the operation of the store, until it closes. This is subject to applicable limits on keeping information longer than necessary, valid deletion requests and records that must be retained for legal obligations or to resolve disputes. This does not mean all data is kept unconditionally forever, or that every record is automatically deleted when the store closes.
Access, correction & deletion
Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or order. Identity may need to be verified before a request is handled. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable rights and necessary retention obligations; deletion is not automatic upon clicking a link or sending an email.
Security & updates
Information is handled using access controls and safeguards appropriate to its purpose. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
