Prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Visa, Mastercard and JCB are accepted card brands.
When payment is taken
Payment is charged when the order is placed. Payment authorisation and an order submission do not by themselves confirm dispatch. Check the order communications sent to your email address.
Taxes & duties
Product prices include applicable taxes and duties. Shipping charges are shown separately where they apply.
If a payment is declined
Check the card details, billing address and available funds with your card issuer before trying again. If you are unsure whether a charge was made, check with your issuer and email [email protected] before placing a duplicate order.
Payment questions
For an order or payment question, email the order number and a description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, security code or online banking password by email.
